Since 2012, the automation transformation has been initiated. For ten consecutive years, a large amount of funds have been invested each year in the automation transformation, as well as the upgrading of equipment and the investment in testing equipment. Currently, it has been recognized as a UL factory, and the products are controlled in accordance with the requirements of automotive-grade wiring harnesses.

The existing automatic machines basically cover the automated production of wire harnesses in different application scenarios such as motor types, small household appliances, and control types. The main processing types include single terminals, single tin immersion, single terminals with PVC sheath, single terminals with PVC sheath tin immersion and self-extinguishing tubes, double voltage double penetration, single voltage heat shrink tubes, inductor automatic riveting wires, double voltage terminals, double wire and three-wire riveting, etc.
